Bakery Brera began with a simple wish to spread warmth, share good pastries, and to serve with love. Over the years, we’ve grown from a small neighbourhood bakery into a welcoming space loved across Singapore. BEST PASTRY IN SINGAPORE!
Best bakery in Singapore, hands down! Our humid weather doesn’t always do justice to good pastries, so I always toast these in the oven before enjoying. 😋 Their croissants, sweet and savoury danishes, hot cross buns, baguette and sourdough are my top picks. Each pastry has the right balance of crisp, airy layers and rich, buttery flavour. Authentic, well-made, and delicious!

A generous selection of laminated pastries and breads — méthode traditionnelle! I’m always spoiled for choice here, but my family gravitates toward their signature cruffins. Seasonal flavours appear from time to time, so do watch for them. I recommend their French croissants, kouign-amann, pain au chocolat, cheesecake, and banana bread. 😍 Come and have a slice of life!

I’ve been coming to this bakery for the past 5 years and I’m always impressed. I used to live in Europe, and the bakes here are truly comparable to the ones there. The service is wonderful, and the owner is so kind and friendly. As a social enterprise, she makes a point to employ those with special needs. 💛 This is one of the few places in Singapore that is genuinely worth visiting.

This café inside the National Gallery is a lovely place to pause with good coffee and delectable pastries. ☕️ There’s plenty of seating, making it comfortable for groups or anyone looking for a quiet corner. Their menu goes beyond pastries with all-day breakfasts, salads, and kid-friendly drinks as well. Service is warm and attentive, adding to the calm, welcoming atmosphere. A delightful stop.
