Our 4-piece Chocolate Hot Cross Buns give the traditional favourite a rich cocoa twist. Made with a softly spiced chocolate dough, they're baked until tender before being finished with their signature cross and a light glossy glaze.
The result is a beautifully balanced bun that's chocolatey without being overly sweet, making it just as enjoyable warm with butter as it is straight from the bag.

Storage Suggestions
For best freshness, enjoy your bakes on the day of purchase. If storing longer:
- For next day: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place and consume within 1–2 days
- For longer storage: Keep refrigerated in airtight packaging
Serving & Reheating Instructions
To enjoy our bakes at their best, warm them gently before serving:
- From fridge: Warm in the oven for about 5 minutes to restore a soft, fluffy texture
Every bake at Brera is made by hand, in-house, at our bakery. We fold, shape, and bake in small batches using fine flours, real butter, and traditional patisserie methods. Nothing rushed, nothing factory-made.
⌛ We require 3 days’ advance notice for all online orders to ensure freshness, quality, and the care each bake deserves.

• Baked fresh on the morning of delivery or collection
• Made with honest, real ingredients
• Never pre-made, frozen, or from a central kitchen
We do not use preservatives, premixes, or artificial enhancers — only patience, technique, and heart.
Local delivery is available from $22 per location islandwide, from 11am to 4pm daily.
🚚 Additional charges:
• +$8 for specific-time deliveries between 9am to 4pm daily
• Festive surcharges may apply on Public Holidays or during event road closures
🏠 Please ensure someone is home to receive your order.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, your bakes will return to our Empress Road bakery. No second delivery or refunds will be provided. To retrieve your order then, you'll need to either:
• Self-collect from our bakery, or
• Arrange your own third-party courier
Self-collection is free, environmentally friendly, and often the best way to secure our bestselling bakes as many sell out before noon.
