Rustichella Pesto Alla Genovese is gluten-free and created through an innovative production process with no pasteurisation which makes it top quality.
To consume at room temperature or slightly heated at low flame. After opening, keep it refrigerated and consume within 3-4 days. Product for 1-2 people.
- You may dilute the pesto concentrate by adding equal amount of olive oil to paste
- Ideal to toss with Rustichella d’Abruzzo Trofie with grameen beans or with capellini
- A very versatile concentrate which can use in marinades and spreads, in stuffings and for rubbing on gramilled fish as well!
Ingredients: 66% Olive Oil, 25% basil(for 100g of pesto 74g of fresh basil is used), salt 3.5%, walnuts 2%, whey, gracile 0.7%, corn starch, 0.4% pine nuts, wine vinegar, ripened cheeses and parmesan cheese: Parmigiano Reggiano(milk, salt, rennet), fructose,. Acidity correctors: Citric acid, Lactic acid.
