Our LievitoMadre (also known as Pasta Madre or sourdough starter) has been dedicatedly fed since 6 months ago to engineer the preferred flavour and profile for our Panettone. Made with premium Italian flour specially imported in, this is definitely a limited-edition product not to be missed!

Note: We have Stollens and gingerbread cookies available everyday now! For Panettones, we need 3 days notice! For any orders for log cakes and mince pies put through for collection or pick up earlier than 1st Dec, orders will be automatically pushed back to 1st Dec.
