Brera’s Panettone is made using a traditional method hailed from Milan. Our LievitoMadre (also known as Pasta Madre or sourdough starter) has been dedicatedly fed since 6 months ago to engineer the preferred flavour and profile for our Panettone. Made with premium Italian flour specially imported in, this is definitely a limited-edition product not to be missed!
